La Petite Petanqu restaurant resides hidden in the heart of Southend. Nestled in the preserved conservation area of the town, is the beautiful 1920’s original bowling club pavilion, which houses the restaurant overlooking the bowling green. La Petite Petanque serves cosmopolitan cuisine in relaxed vintage decor.

Open for breakfast, brunch, lunch and early supper. It's the perfect place for pre performance meals before shows at the Cliffs Pavilion. We also serve a fantastic afternoon tea, booking required.  Winner of the Best Tea Rooms Essex Award 2012 and runner-up 2013. You can expect high quality and substantial meals on every visit.
